Naomi
Naomi is a California girl, who grew up playing softball. She found her passion for indoor cycling after finding CycleBar Frisco! CycleBar became the place she went to that challenged her physically and mentally. Working in the mental health field, she needed an outlet to unwind and she found it in movement, in the dark room with the loud music. Her love for cycling led her to the podium! Her classes will make you feel warm and welcome. Don't let the smile fool you though. You can expect her to challenge you every step of the way.
